Wir haben in dieser Version wieder einige neue Funktionen und Verbesserungen für Sie vorbereitet, die Ihnen und Ihren Mitarbeitern die Arbeit mit Flexxter weiter erleichtern.

Zusätzlich ist die Eingabe der Kosten deutlich einfacher geworden:
Sie können nun über die Kachel “Kosten” in Ihrem Projekt oder Gewerk eine Tabelle aller geplanter, beauftragter und IST-Kosten mit allen Gewerken im Projekt ansehen und direkt in der Tabelle bearbeiten.
Und damit Ihnen die Verfolgung der Kosten leichter fällt, können Sie auch die Kosten je Monat pro Projekt in einem Balkendiagramm verfolgen und diese Auswertung auch nach Excel exportieren.
Die Kostenübersicht über alle Projekte können Sie sich übrigens auch im Cockpit anzeigen lassen. Aktivieren Sie dazu die Einstellung “Umsatz & Kosten anzeigen“ in der Systemanpassung im Bereich “Cockpit”.
Verbesserter KI-Chatbot
Mit dieser Version können Sie unserem KI-Chatbot direkt Fragen zu einzelnen Projekten stellen. Dazu öffnen Sie einfach das Projekt im Bauzeitenplan und klicken auf die Ebene zu der Sie eine Frage haben. Der Chatbot berücksichtigt die Daten von der ausgewählten Ebene und allen darunterliegenden Ebenen, insofern diese von Ihrer Firma erstellt wurden und Sie Zugriff auf diese besitzen.

Im Add-on “Auftragsmanagement” können Sie nun in Angeboten und Rechnungen auch Untergruppen zu Positionsgruppen erstellen und diese mit Positionen füllen. Dadurch sind Sie in der Lage, beispielsweise eine Positionsgruppe “Baustelleneinrichtung” mit der Untergruppe “Gerüst stellen” weiter zu spezifizieren.
Je Untergruppe wird in den Dokument dann eine eigene Summe ausgewiesen.
Des Weiteren finden Sie nun im Cockpit auch eine Statistik, die Ihnen die Angebote und Rechnungen anzeigt, die für die aktuelle Woche (Rechnungsdatum / Angebotsdatum) angelegt wurden und welche Angebote und Rechnungen zwar veröffentlicht wurden, aber noch nicht angenommen / bezahlt wurden. Sie können diese Anzeige auch jederzeit in den Systemanpassungen deaktivieren.

Die Systemanpassung ist in den letzten Monaten stark gewachsen und bietet mittlerweile eine Vielzahl an Einstellungsmöglichkeiten. Um diese Einstellungen einfacher zu finden, gibt es ab sofort im linken Bereich ein Menü, über das die einzelnen Funktionen zugänglich sind.

Better Cost Management in Projects
From now on, in addition to planned costs per trade, you can also record contracted costs. These contracted costs represent the value of the planned costs for which an order has already been placed. The current actual costs will continue to be recorded via invoices or individual cost items.
Additionally, cost entry has been made significantly easier:
You can now view and directly edit a table of all planned, contracted, and actual costs for all trades in a project via the “Costs” tile in your project or trade.
To make cost tracking easier, you can now also monitor costs per month per project in a bar chart and export this analysis to Excel.

Improved AI Chatbot
With this version, you can ask our AI chatbot questions directly about specific projects. Simply open the project in the construction schedule and click on the level you have a question about. The chatbot considers data from the selected level and all underlying levels, as long as they were created by your company and you have access to them.
The following trade-related data is taken into account:
Construction schedule
Progress and status of the trade
Tasks and completion level
Tickets
Construction diaries
For example, you can now display changes in the project from the past week or ask the chatbot about potential issues in the project.

Language Support for Polish and Russian (Community Edition)
Flexxter is now available in Polish and Russian. The translations are based on user feedback, which is why they are referred to as the "Community Edition."
Your subcontractors and employees can now select Polish or Russian as their preferred language in their account settings.

Redesigned Task Layout in Projects
Tasks within a project have received a new design to improve clarity:
The progress of a task is now displayed as a horizontal bar at the bottom of the task.
The checkmark icons on the left have been reduced in size to provide more space for the title and description.

Loading Animations for Tables on Smartphones
On Android smartphones and iPhones, tables now display a loading animation, ensuring that you and your employees always know when data has fully loaded.

Subgroups for Quotes and Invoices
In the "Order Management" add-on, you can now create subgroups within position groups in quotes and invoices and populate them with positions.
This allows you to further specify position groups, such as "Construction Site Setup" with a subgroup like "Scaffolding Installation." Each subgroup will have its own total displayed in the document.

VAT Rate for Austria
You can now select the 20% VAT rate for Austria in quotes and invoices.

Improved E-Invoice Output
Support for e-invoicing in the ZugFerd format has been further improved. The tax amount is now displayed separately in the document.

New Structure for System Customization
System customization has grown significantly in recent months and now offers a wide range of configuration options.
To make these settings easier to find, a new menu is now available on the left side, allowing quick access to individual functions.
