Ab sofort können Sie in der Ticketübersicht im linken Bereich eine Ansicht aktivieren, die mehrere Ticketnadeln, die nah beieinander liegen zusammenfasst.
Wenn Sie auf diese Zusammenfassung klicken, bekommen Sie eine Liste der sich dort befindlichen Tickets gezeigt und können diese öffnen.

In den Plänen, können Sie die Tickets ab dieser Version nicht mehr nur nach Status filtern, sondern ebenfalls nach Kategorie.

Mit dieser Version ist es Ihnen nun auch möglich, die Analyse der Arbeitszeiten in der Zeiterfassung nach Excel zu exportieren. Dabei werden auch die gesetzten Filter in die Excel-Mappe übernommen.

In den Systemanpassungen finden Sie in der Kachel der Projekteinstellungen eine neue Option, um die Mitarbeitereinsätze bei Gewerksverlängerungen nicht zu verlängern. Diese Funktion ist insbesondere dann hilfreich, wenn Sie sehr lange Gewerkszeiten definieren und die Mitarbeitereinsätze individuell in der Plantafel planen.
Voraussetzung für die Nutzung der Funktion ist die Aktivierung der App “Erweitere Einsatzplanung”.

Anzeige anderer Mitarbeiter im gleichen Einsatz

Ihre Mitarbeiter können in ihren Einsatzkalendern im Cockpit ab sofort sehen, mit welchen anderen Mitarbeitern sie an dem Tag eingesetzt sind. Dazu tippt der Mitarbeiter einfach auf den Einsatz an dem Tag, der ihn interessiert. In dem sich öffnenden PopUp sieht der Mitarbeiter dann alle seine Einsätze und dazu noch die Information, welche anderen Mitarbeiter mit ihm parallel eingesetzt sind.
Nur laufende Projekte und Gewerke in der Plantafel zeigen

In der Plantafel können Sie ab dieser Version beim Hinzufügen von Einsätzen auch nur Projekte und Gewerke anzeigen, die an dem ausgewählten Datum laufen.
Diese Option wird pro Gerät gespeichert, sodass Sie beim erneuten Öffnen des Dialogs wieder die zuletzt gewählte Einstellung gesetzt haben.

Welcome to our May 2024 update.
In this version, we have implemented several new features that make working with Flexxter even easier and save you more time.
New Logic for Creating Tickets and Construction Logs on Android and iOS
With a small update (11.0.0.17), we introduced a feature that makes working with Flexxter easier: changes to construction logs and tickets made on an iOS device (e.g., iPhone or iPad) or an Android device are no longer automatically synchronized. This allows changes to be saved locally faster, saving you a lot of time on the construction site. Once you have a stable internet connection, or return to the office, or simply after completing the documentation, you can easily upload your changes to the Flexxter cloud. Additionally, you will be notified of unsynchronized changes in the cockpit.
Grouping Multiple Tickets at the Same or Similar Location
You can now enable a view in the ticket overview on the left side that groups multiple ticket pins that are close to each other. Clicking on this group will show you a list of the tickets in that area, which you can then open.
Filtering Tickets on Plans by Categories
In the plans, you can now filter tickets not only by status but also by category. This makes it even easier for you to maintain an overview.
Exporting Work Time Analysis to Excel
You can now export the analysis of work times from the time tracking feature to Excel. The filters you have set will also be included in the Excel file.
Downloading Multiple Files Simultaneously
In your project files, you can now select multiple files and download or delete them simultaneously.
Changing File Permissions and Renaming Files
In your projects, you can now change the titles of uploaded files and edit the permissions of individual files afterward. You have full control over whether other project participants are informed about these changes.
Assigning Multiple Tickets Simultaneously
You can now assign multiple tickets simultaneously to a company or a specific employee in your ticket management.
Secure Closing of Dialogs
When closing dialogs for creating or editing construction logs, tickets, or forms, you will now be asked for confirmation to avoid accidentally losing unsaved changes.
Exporting Contact Information of All Project Participants to Excel
In your projects, under "Reports," you will now find a new export that contains all the contact details of all project participants. This includes both the data you have personally set for the company and the data managed by the company itself (address, phone number, etc.).
New Presentation of the Project Cost Table
The project cost table (available as an app in Flexxter) has been updated to the current design. You can now change the order of the columns and hide or show individual columns.
New Option to Not Extend Employee Assignments with Trade Extensions
In the system adjustments, you will find a new option in the project settings tile to not extend employee assignments with trade extensions. This function is particularly useful if you define very long trade periods and plan the employee assignments individually on the scheduling board. To use this function, the "Advanced Scheduling" app must be activated.
Deleting Employees
You can now delete employees even if they are still assigned to ongoing or future trades, provided that their assignments from the current date onward have already been removed via daily planning (e.g., via the scheduling board).
Displaying Other Employees in the Same Assignment
Your employees can now see in their assignment calendars in the cockpit which other employees they are working with on a given day. The employee simply taps on the assignment on the day they are interested in. In the popup that opens, the employee can see all their assignments and which other employees are assigned alongside them.
